Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DailyRiff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use DailyRiff for personal or commercial music studio management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of music studio management
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DailyRiff
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Account Registration

To use certain features of DailyRiff, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Free Service for Teachers

DailyRiff is provided free of charge to music teachers and studio owners. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or premium tiers in the future, with advance notice to users. Current free features will remain free for existing users.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through DailyRiff. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful or malicious code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates the privacy of others

Payment Processing

DailyRiff facilitates payment processing between teachers and students/parents. We use third-party payment processors and do not store credit card information on our servers. You agree to comply with the terms of service of our payment processors.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use DailyRiff:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DailyRiff and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DailyRiff, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

Disclaimer

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
